Live and direct from McDonald’s Head Office we can reveal the next burgers coming to a restaurant near you as part of Great Tastes of America 2015!!
Great Tastes of America first launched in the UK way back in 2007 and is considered one of the more popular limited time promotions.
Normally running for five weeks in total, every Wednesday sees the release of a new burger… and in another exclusive for this website we can reveal the all-star line-up for 2015.

Due for release on Wednesday 29th April is the new Miami Special – this is a 100% beef patty with Sunblush tomato sauce, bacon, two slices of cheese, shredded lettuce, onions and cool mayo, in an oval sesame seed bun.
The Miami Melt was originally on-sale in 2011 and featured streaky bacon, cheese, smooth cheese sauce, onions and lettuce so this new offering is not too dissimilar. The Miami Special is available until Tuesday 5th May and we’ll have a special pre-launch review available for you within 48 hours!!

Up next in the batting order is another new build called the Dallas BBQ – in a sesame seed bun this has the 100% beef patty, dry cure bacon, shredded lettuce, red onions, cool mayo and Dallas BBQ sauce.
This is a slight variation on the previously released Texas BBQ.
The Dallas BBQ will be on-sale in week two of the promotion from Wednesday 6th May through to Tuesday 12th May. We’re going to save our review for when it hits the restaurants so we can give you a proper look at the latest High Street Burgers.

Week three sees the return of the California Melt which looks pretty much like a carbon copy of the one we reviewed in 2013.

With bacon, two slices of cheese with peppers, shredded lettuce, onions and a cool cheese sauce the California Melt will be available at McDonald’s in 2015 from Wednesday 13th May until Tuesday 19th May.

A very popular burger returns for Great Tastes of America 2015 – the Arizona Nacho Grande.
Again we, checked this out in 2013 and you can see what we thought of a burger topped with pepperoni slices, cheese with peppers, crisp nachos and a tangy nacho sauce here.
Week four’s limited time offer is available from Wednesday 20th May and finishes on Tuesday 26th May.

Finally, for week five sees the ever-present New York Classic.
This has been a mainstay on the Great Tastes of America promotion and features red onion, shredded lettuce, two cheese slices, and a mayo, mustard, ketchup combo.

Running alongside all the beef burgers is the Hot & Spicy Buffalo BBQ Chicken – a crispy chicken breast fillet, topped with bacon, cheese, onions, Batavia lettuce, cool mayo and a hot & spicy Buffalo BBQ sauce.

So there you have the first reveal of the new Great Tastes of America promotion from McDonald’s in 2015. Checking back to our original prediction you could say we “called it” as we were pretty damn close!
