McDonald’s Signature Crafted Sriracha Sandwich added to San Diego County Menu
McDonald’s Signature Crafted Sriracha Sandwich has been added to the menu in the San Diego County.

SAN DIEGO – June 20, 2016 – San Diego County McDonald’s has added a new flavor, Signature Sriracha, to its Signature Crafted sandwich menu to provide customers with more options and unique flavors.
The freshly prepared Signature Sriracha includes an exclusive Sriracha Big Mac special sauce, white cheddar, crispy onions, a spinach/kale blend and tomato.
The new sandwich option fulfills customers’ desires for a bold, spicy sandwich option on the McDonald’s menu.
The Signature Crafted menu allows customers to customize each part of their sandwich.
Starting with the flavor, customers can choose from Pico Guacamole, Maple Bacon Dijon, Deluxe or the new Signature Sriracha.
Protein options include a 100% pure beef patty, Buttermilk Crispy Chicken or Artisan Grilled Chicken. Lastly, is the bun of choice between the artisan roll, sesame seed bun or the new potato bun.
“The Signature Sriracha provides our customers with an exclusive blend of two wildly popular flavors, Sriracha and Big Mac Special Sauce, creating a spicy flavor in a way only McDonald’s can do,” said Bob Sutherland, president of San Diego County McDonald’s Owner/Operator’s Association.
“The new flavor and Signature Crafted menu are just a few of the many ways we’re changing to meet the evolving needs of our customers – including table service, using Chobani® Greek Yogurt in smoothies and parfaits, offering Breakfast Bowls, and more – by giving customers the options they’re asking for.”
Available at participating restaurants in San Diego County, the Signature Crafted menu offers local guests an opportunity to try new combinations and create their own sandwich. Plus, customers have the option of adding bacon or guacamole to any sandwich, or having additional guacamole or Pico de Gallo on the side.
The Signature Crafted menu features bold recipes with authentic ingredients and allows customers to customize each part of their sandwich.
Starting with the flavor, San Diego and Los Angeles customers can choose from Pico Guacamole, Maple Bacon Dijon, Deluxe or the new Signature Sriracha while Seattle customers can choose from Pico Guacamole, Sweet BBQ Bacon or new Signature Sriracha.
Customers can add these tasty flavors on a 100 percent pure beef patty, Buttermilk Crispy Chicken or Artisan Grilled Chicken and top it with an artisan roll, sesame seed bun or tasty potato bun.

The Signature Sriracha Big Mac sauce recipe will be available on July 7 in San Diego, Los Angeles and Seattle at participating restaurants for a limited time.
